Dear Lynne, Jasper and family, we had the most amazing week at Heath View, it met our expectations and more. Heath View allowed our family to spend some quality time together. It is set in a picturesque area with nothing overlooking, its tranquil and peaceful yet only a short drive away from the conveniences we all need such as supermarkets and restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub went down a treat and Kraig was able to swim with his family every day thanks to the hoist and disabled access. We were never short of things to do, in fact the week flew by far too quickly. We hope to return again for some much needed family time. Heath View is well equipped and perfect for families of all ages.

Mr & Mrs T and family, Essex – February 2015

Grandparents, parents and three children under 4yrs had a really enjoyable week in this “holiday home”.
The weather was excellent and we therefore could make full use of the facilities on site – indoor small heated pool ( perfect for the children), hot tub (enjoyed by all), sandpit, trampoline, climbing frame and slide for little ones, tennis court and croquet for adults. The children loved helping to collect the eggs from the hens and ducks and feeding the pigs.
The bungalow is spacious and very well equipped. The heath opposite was an adventure playground for the little ones – they loved exploring the “wild woods”, picking blackberries, finding bugs and butterflies in the heather.
There was so much to do that we rarely left the immediate area, venturing once to the beach at Felixstowe ( 15-20 mins by car),and once to Jimmy’s Farm, lovely for children.
The Fox pub at Newbourne is very family friendly, serving good food and having a safe area for the children to play. The Maybush has wonderful sea food and lovely views over the river Deben.
Jasper and Lynne Goodwyn and their children, living next door, made us very welcome and were extremely helpful , but also respected our privacy.
This holiday home is excellent for families with children of any age….we shall certainly return.

Mr and Mrs L from Liverpool – August 2014

I booked this house for my extended family to stay when visiting us. As well as being conveniently just up the road, the accessible facilities meant that we could go there with my son who is a wheelchair user. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and the kids loved going to see the pigs, chickens and ducks as well as being able to use the play equipment in their garden. The house is bright and airy, in a lovely, peaceful location in the middle of heathland, but just a short walk from the supermarket and bus route. We will definitely book again when the need arises.

Sam – Suffolk & New Zealand – July 2014

The owners of Heath View live right next door so are on hand should there be any problems. The owners are a lovely couple with a beautiful family, they are extremely hospitable and helpful. My children were able to collect fresh eggs from the chickens and ducks for our breakfast and they also loved to visit their newly arrived piglets. The beds were lovely and comfy and welcoming which was perfect after our long haul flight! It’s a beautiful setting on a private road but only a short drive from everything you need.

Paula – Australia – June 2014

My family arrived from the states for my Grandmother’s funeral and we really felt at home in this wonderful house. We were greeted when we arrived and the house was clean and had fresh flowers, coffee, tea and shortbread. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel we were not on top of each other and we even had enough space to have all of our English family members come and have meals with us. The owners are very helpful and we would highly recommend that anyone who is going to be in the Ipswich area and need a place to stay choose to stay at this beautiful well equipped house.
